Vivian A. Stalder

Vivian A. Stalder, 77, of Amanda, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2016 at Lanfair Center.  She was born on February 20, 1939 in Stoutsville and was the daughter of the late Merle and Marjorie (Phillips) Kinser.  Vivian was a 1957 graduate of Amanda High School,  member of Mt. Carmel United Church of Christ and Olivedale Senior Center.  She was a bus driver for Amanda Clearcreek School District and retired after more than 30 years of service.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dave Stalder and Karen Saft-Stalder of Amanda; two sisters, Martha Kennedy of Lancaster and Roselyn Robinson of New Haven, Indiana and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gail Stalder and a son, Ron Stalder.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda with Rev. Marilin Miller officiating.  Burial will be in Amanda Twp. Cemetery.  Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday.
