Tabby Althaus - Alfukaha

Tabitha L. "Tabby" Althaus-Alfukaha, age 30, of Amanda, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2024, at Mt Carmel East in Columbus. She was born in Columbus on May 11, 1994, to Michael and Teresa (Atkins) Althaus. Tabby was a proud graduate of Triad High School, class of 2012, where she loved being a cheerleader and playing soccer. She enjoyed drawing and swimming. Her loving family will miss her smile and all of the selfies she took more than anything.

She is survived by her husband of six years, Odai Alfukaha; her children, Carter and Peyton; her father, Michael Althaus, of Amanda; her mother, Teresa (Tim Parks) Atkins; brothers, Nicholas Atkins, of Columbus and Brandon Mason, of Gahanna; grandma, Joyce Althaus, of Amanda; aunt Anita Crist, of Lancaster; cousins, Katlin and Austin; two nephews; and her best friend, David Welch, of Amanda. She is preceded in death by her grandpa, Robert "Bob" Althaus; grandpa, Charles Atkins; great grandma, Mary Althaus; great great aunt and uncle, Pearl and Virginia Green.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, Amanda with Pastor Gerald Mershimer officiating. Interment will follow at Amanda Township Cemetery. Tabby's family will receive friends from 4 - 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
