Sharon Dozier

Sharon Dozier, age 71, of Lancaster, was called home on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was born on March 3, 1953, in Lancaster, Ohio, to the late Ray and Mary (Seitz) McNabb. She was a retired cake decorator at Meijer. She was a member of The Laurelville Church of God. She loved her crafts, cats and flowers. 

She is survived by two sons, Aaron (Debbie) Dozier of West Jefferson and Joshua Dozier of Tarlton; grandchildren, Samantha, Carter, and Noah Dozier; sisters, Linda McNabb and Barbara McNabb-Blankenship. She is also survived by an uncle, Don Seitz, as well as a niece, Lawrie McNabb; nephews, Michael McNichols, Jason (Meghan) McNichols, Travis (Emily) McNichols, Jeremy Blankenship, as well as many great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Ray and Mary McNabb, grandparents, Fred and Eva McNabb and lra and Grace Seitz, as well as several aunts and uncles. 

The family will receive friends at Taylor Theller Funeral Home in Amanda from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2024 where her service will be held at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Steve Hayes officiating. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. 

Friends may make memorial contributions to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
