Sandra K. Ludwick

Sandra K. Ludwick, age 84, of Amanda, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Bickford Assisted Living in Lancaster. She was born in Jasper Mills, OH to Mark and June (Junkins) Mickle. Sandy was a graduate of Washington C.H. High School, class of 1959. In 1960, she married Robert Ludwick, to whom she was married for 65 years. When she was in her late 30's, she completed her degree in geriatric nursing. She was a longtime member of the Amanda Methodist Church where she was a member of the choir and served as the church secretary for many years.

She is survived by her sons, Kevin (Vicki) Ludwick, and Greg (Rhonda) Ludwick, both of Lancaster; grandchildren, Brent and Rachel Ludwick, Michelle (Doug) Wallace, and Lori Beth (Pate) Jones; great grandchildren, Damion Fabbro, and Kaitlyn and Emma Wallace; brother, Rodger (Linda) Mickle, of Washington C.H.; sister, Marta (Ray) Hintz, of Rockbridge. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Robert "Bob"; brother Ronald M. Mickle.

Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, with Pastor Gerald Mershimer officiating. Interment will follow at Amanda Township Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
