Ronnie "Snake Bite" Griffith

Ronnie R. “Snakebite” Griffith, age 67, of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at the his residence. He was born in Lancaster on September 3, 1948 to the late Kenneth and Ester (Hedrick) Griffith. Ronnie was formally employed by the Shelly Corporation.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, June (Karcher) Griffith; sons, Kenny (Michelle) Griffith and Kevin Griffith all of Lancaster; grandchildren, Austin, Mick, Samantha, Jesse, Brittany, Harley, and Colton; great granddaughters, Lilly, Kalli, Charlii, and Sydnee; sister, Wanda (Harry) Poston of Lancaster; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda with Rev. David Hedrick officiating. Burial will follow in Amanda Twp. Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home. The family request memorial contributions to the Taylor Funeral Home, PO Box 176, Amanda, OH 43102 to assist with expenses.
