Mark Schlosser

Mark A. Schlosser, age 66, of Tarlton, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at OSU Medical Center in Columbus. Mark was born on April 12, 1958, in Circleville, to Merlyn and Beverly (Brown) Schlosser. Mark was a graduate of Amanda Clearcreek High School, class of 1977. He was a US Navy veteran and then worked for RCA in Circleville. He attended the Tarlton Community Church. Mark was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, and the Ohio State Buckeyes football team. He was a genuine "great guy" who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his daughters, Holly Schlosser and Heidi Norcross; grandson, Anthony Mathew Merritt; sister, Colleen Plaut, of Stoutsville; brothers, Arthur (Jackie Palumbo) Schlosser, of West Palm Beach, FL, Jeff Schlosser, of Tarlton, and Gary Schlosser, of Stoutsville; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; many very dear friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; his niece, Staci Hall; and great nephew, Kaleb Kairis.

At his request no formal services will be observed. Mark's family will host a celebration of his life at their home in September. Cremation has been arranged in the care of Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, Amanda.
