Levi Mitchell Chapman

Levi Mitchell Chapman was born sleeping on March 24, 2016.  He is survived by his loving parents, Mitchell and Ashley (Hurst) Chapman; brothers, Landon and Lucas Chapman; grandparents, Kevin Chapman of Amanda and Dick (Mona) Hurst of Lancaster; Great grandparents, Chester (Betty) Chapman of Amanda, Daniel (Maxine) Perry of Dunlow, WV, Gary (Carolyn) Hurst of Logan and Paul Frazier of Lancaster; aunts and uncles, Matt and Christina Chapman of Amanda and Brent and Stephanie Hurst of Rockbridge.  He is also survived by cousins.  Levi was preceded in death by his grandmother Delcie Chapman on Feb. 27, 2016 and great grandmother, Delores Frazier.  
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2016 at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda with Pastor Matt Speckman officiating.  Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends and family from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
