Joyce Ann Blosser, 75, of Amanda passed peacefully on March 10, 2024. She was born on February 10, 1949, in Lancaster, the daughter of Grant and Ruth (Webb) Kerns. She was preceded in death by her parents. Joyce is survived by her husband of 48 years, Noah, and her two sons, Benjamin Kerns (Jennifer) Blosser and Noah Robert (Jody) Blosser II, and her precious grandchildren Braeleigh, Brandt, Haylie, and Gretchen.
Joyce was a member of First English Lutheran Church in Lancaster, OH. She graduated from Amanda-Clearcreek High School in 1967. She worked at Anchor Hocking for 35 years. She was a devoted member of the Clear Creek Valley Grange #1843, where she received her 60-year membership this year. She served for several years as The Lady Assistant Steward of the Ohio State Grange and was also a member of the National Grange. When Joyce was not serving her community through the Grange, she could be found on her farm gardening and tending her flowers or preparing her Fairfield County Fair entries. She could also be found cheering for her grandchildren at their sporting events at Amanda-Clearcreek schools and supporting them in their 4-H and FFA accomplishments.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 15, 2024, at First English Lutheran Church, 220 N. Columbus St., Lancaster with Pastor Brian Dillahunt officiating. Interment will follow at Amanda Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, Amanda, where a Grange service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church.
