George Herbert Pugh

George Herbert Pugh, 60, of Amanda, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Sunday, June 17, 2018.  He was born July 28, 1957 in Logan, Ohio and was the son of the late George C. and Carol (Oiler) Pugh.  Herb was a graduate of Wellston High School, an independent truck driver and a member of LIUNA #423 in Columbus.  
He is survived by his daughters, Amanda (Ryan) Brown of Carroll and Jessica (Josh) Boesiger of Circleville; grandchildren, Keira Brown and Tucker Pugh; three brothers, Greg (Diane) Pugh and Gerry (Jeanie) Pugh both of Wellston and Tony (Jolyn) Pugh of Sugar Grove and numerous nieces and nephews.
Keeping with Herb’s wishes, cremation will be handled with care by the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda.  A committal service will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 22, 2018 at Ridgewood Cemetery in Wellston.
