Charles "Rick" Lones

Charles “Rick†Lones, age 65 of Kingston, passed away Sunday May 10, 2015 at his residence.
He was born October 13, 1949 in Fairfield County to the late Charles and Juanita (Gobel) Lones. Rick was a 1967 graduate of Amanda-Clearcreek High School, U.S. Navy Veteran, a member of the Masonic Lodge, and worked as an inspector for the Kenworth Truck Company in Chillicothe. He enjoyed old cars, antiques, yard sales, and repaired and collected many Aladdin lamps over the years.
Rick is survived by his daughter, Courtney (Damon Howard) Lones, and her mother Renee Abbott Lones all of Lancaster. In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by his son, Monty Richard Lones.
Cremation has been handled with care by the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda. A private grave side service will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions can be made to the AC Alumni Association Scholarship Fund, PO Box 275, Amanda, OH 43102 in Rick’s memory.
